The Bad Boy Billionaire Bachelors Boxset

Guest Post by Emma Calin, contributing author

Last year, Romance Devoured, a media company focussed on romance readers, brought together thirteen authors and asked each of them to write a new story for a themed box set.

The authors were all given a free rein in the content of their stories – the only stipulation was that the heroes had to be hot and wealthy, very wealthy but flawed.  Real bad boys. It would be for  the sassy heroines to get under their skins, tame them and turn them round.

In February 2018 – on St Valentine’s Day of course – they announced the launch of  a brand new romance collection – The ‘Bad Boy Billionaire Bachelors Boxset.’  If you’re excited by a genuine bargain and enjoy steamy love stories then this anthology of thirteen brand new full length novels should be on your reading list.

There’s something for everyone in this set.  A billionaire proposes to a barista to get an image makeover before he loses his company and fortune along with it. A secret masquerade hookup leads to complications with a new boss. A tattooed billionaire rocks a woman’s world and the bad boy's desires threaten to scare her back to her humdrum single life. A rich banker fights for a traffic cop’s body and soul. The devil himself falls in love when a rookie reporter is sent to interview him. A businessman masquerades as a tattooed Harley rider to find his ideal mate.  These stories and many more are included in this steamy, hot collection.

Don’t wait to read this set. It is only out for a short time before it will be gone forever! Priced at just $1.99/£1.49 and FREE on Kindle Unlimited, it’s easily affordable.

Authors included in this boxset:

Jeana E Mann
Julia Bright
Nicole Morgan
Elise Faber
Annie Young
Tricia Barr
Maggie Carpenter
Emma Calin
Aspen Drake
Megyn Ward
Angela Kulig
N. Isabelle Blanco
Kim Carmichael

You’re sure to find a new favorite book boyfriend among our bad boy billionaire heroes. Check out the trailer on this page to see some of the inspirations behind them:

Law and Murder

The BC Killer. Michael Pickford.

A triumphant combination of thrills, drama, and the law. This is one of those very special legal stories that is as exciting as it is intriguing. The blend of raw action and honest legal representation will keep you flying through the narrative until the very end.
The B.C. Killer is not only entertaining but sophisticated in its use of setting, style and tone. To top it all off, there are a few laughs thrown in too. I definitely recommend this one to a range of readers from crime fiction fans, to enthusiastic book explorers looking for something very well written.

Highlights!

Tone: the variety of laughs, shoot-outs, and law builds into a very entertaining narrative.

Characters: the protagonist (Tyler Kane) is so admirable you’ll find yourself searching for the next title in this series ASAP.

Overall Narrative: as the second book in a series, The B.C. Killer does a fantastic job of introducing new twists into the overall narrative of the series.

When is it Considered Murder to Turn Off Your Own Computer?

Guest Post! By Michael Poeltl
A.I. Insurrection – The General’s War Press Release. Feb, 15th, 2018

2162. Artificial intelligence claims sentience, but it's the proof that will divide the world, and usher in the violent end to utopia, unless an uneasy alliance of adversaries can stop it.
A.I. Insurrection, the new release by Michael Poeltl, author of The Judas Syndrome trilogy, takes the author back to his roots of dystopian sci-fi. “This novel investigates global utopia and the struggle to maintain an unrealistic hold over everything and everyone,” Poeltl explains. “Certain aspects of humanity will never be satisfied with the thousand shades of grey a utopia will provide, no matter the spin. When faced with the threat of their robot slaves rebelling, distrust in the system begins to infect the general public, opening the door for a new world to emerge, and new leaders to rule.”  Discoverhow quickly a near-future utopian society can become a dystopian nightmare fueled by fear as the A.I. populace of United Earth become sentient and demand their freedoms.
Raymond Bellows, United Earth Chancellor, challenges the A.I. claims until an astonishing truth is revealed by Host: SENTA, one of hundreds of millions of individual robot Hosts who teams up with the Chancellor while struggling to discover her new-found awareness.  A secret coup schemes to over-throw the peaceful government, while a separate threat of human/tech hybrids who think the current regime is anything but idyllicarise from the Shadow net, taking direction from the mysterious Allfather avatar. In a three-sided war, humanity and humanity’s creation fight to claim their own place in an ever-evolving solar system.
“I believe science fictions fans, myself included, appreciate the complexities of artificial intelligence, and the moral questions which accompany it, like: when is intelligence consciousness? The novel also offers an exciting potential new proof of lifefor sentience.” Poeltl declares with an air of cloak-and-dagger surrounding the surprise reveal behind his new book.
Goodreads ratings for A.I. Insurrection are settling in at a respectable 4.25 stars and has one reviewer saying: A great read for anyone who enjoys extensively built worlds, philosophical questions, and an ol' fashioned A.I uprising.” - Ari Augustine
This is Poeltl’s tenth book and the first of 2018. For more on Michael Poeltl and his books, visit his website: www.mikepoeltl.comFollow him on FacebookTwitter, or join him on Goodreads.
